£35,000 - £40,000 DOE, plus extra car allowance of £3,960 per annum

Regional Support Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Regional Support Manager to lead our Community across the Hampshire Region. This is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities
* Provide support to all operational managers, teams and colleagues; lead coaching and guidance based on business demands in both regulated and non-regulated services.
* Closely support the Operation Manager to ensure services in the portfolio deliver excellent quality care to the People We Support (PWS) with a focus on continuous improvement and commercial success.
* Assist or manage any service requiring support, and may work across a 7-day period, with varying shift times and overnight stays.
* Ensure services are fully competent in using office management systems, adhere to policies and procedures, and understand Local Authority/Safeguarding/CCG/NHS and other contractual requirements of customers.
* Lead by example to ensure all teams perform daily duties to a high standard while promoting ETHOS values in all actions.
* In the absence of a Registered Manager, be directly responsible and accountable for service compliance with regulatory requirements; may register with the regulatory body as the Registered Manager when required.
* Deliver the quality, financial, health and safety, and regulatory requirements for a specified geographical area of Voyage Care services within the South West region.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in regional or multi-site management within care or similar regulated environments.
* Knowledge of regulatory bodies and safeguarding, with the ability to interpret Local Authority, Safeguarding, CCG/NHS contractual requirements.
* Strong leadership and coaching abilities; capable of flexible working across regions, including travel and overnight stays.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with operational teams and external partners.
