A qualification or certification in Cybersecurity. Responsibilities: Perform endpoint monitoring and analysis. Facilitate incident readiness and handling as part of the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT). Monitor and administer Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems. Conduct malware analysis and forensics research. Differentiate between intrusion attempts and false positives, tracking investigations and threat resolutions. Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Compose and disseminate security alert notifications. Advise incident responders and other teams on threats. Triage security events and incidents, applying containment and remediation strategies. Generate reports and document security incidents and events. Proactively monitor system performance and conduct routine inspections of installed equipment. Act as the point of escalation for the service desk regarding security-related tickets. Analyze weekly vulnerability scans and update relevant records.
