Our client, a leading manufacturer in industrial automation are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Engineer to join their business on a permanent basis at their site in Manchester The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working within a sales engineering role ( Internal /External/ Account Management), within the valve /actuator / industrial automation sector. The successful candidate will be required to manage around 300 accounts and will also be required to work through lapsed accounts to generate new business therefore strong communication skill are a must. Candidates will ideally be qualified in an engineering discipline with a strong background within a sales based role with experience working with Pumps/ Valves/Actuators/ Rotating equipment. Hours - Monday - Friday 37.5 hours - (7AM-3PM OR 8AM -4PM) - Hybrid working available after 8 weeks. Responsibilities * Preparing and following up on quotations for existing and lapsed accounts. * Managing the customer base, seeking new opportunities for the company products with direct customer contact * Contact Lapsed customers to generate new opportunities. * Drive sales through the company Ecommerce platform * Identify selling opportunities and solicit enquiries from interested parties. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * Demonstrable experience working within a sales capacity (Internal/ External/ Account Management) * Experience working within the engineering sector processing technical quotations from specifications. * Knowledge of Pumps/ Valves/ Actuators/Rotating equipment * Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal * Ability to prioritise workload and manage work pressure This vacancy is being advertised by Complete Talent Services Ltd who are acting as an Employment Business
