Join Version 1 as a Principal Oracle Solution Architect — Shape the Future of Enterprise Transformation
If you’re an Oracle Cloud expert who thrives on solving complex business challenges and driving real transformation, this is your opportunity to operate at true strategic influence. As a Principal Oracle Solution Architect, you’ll be the strategic authority shaping end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for large-scale customers.
This is a role for a T‑shaped leader: deep in Finance and/or PPM, broad across Procurement, SCM, EPM, Analytics, and beyond — with the vision to architect roadmaps and the credibility to influence at C‑suite level.
Responsibilities
* Lead solution architecture strategy on major, multi-country transformation programmes
* Engage directly with executives and senior stakeholders
* Define target architectures and transformation journeys
* Lead data, integration, and reporting strategies
* Guide high-performing cross-functional teams
* Drive innovation, process improvement, and value realisation
* Mentor the next generation of Oracle consultants

Qualifications
About You — Expertise & Mindset
* Extensive experience designing and delivering Oracle Cloud Finance and/or PPM solutions
* Proven leadership of large-scale, multi‑pillar, multi‑country Oracle programmes
* Strong understanding of Oracle integration (OIC), OTBI/OAC/FDI reporting, and data migration tools
* Experience in business process redesign and change management
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including C‑suite influence
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to build business cases
* TOGAF or enterprise architecture certification is beneficial
* Accountancy qualification desirable
