Handle are delighted to be working with a leading freight and logistics company specialising in Live Music and Entertainment for their search to find a finance manager. Working from their offices in Hayes, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced finance manager to work in an exciting, dynamic industry within a hugely successful company.
The Finance Manager will;
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with account principles, regulations and to improve internal finance activities.
2. Action some day-to-day transactions to support the smooth running of the finance assistant, including bank account reconciliation, staff expenses, company credit and debit card reconciliations, verifying balances and rectifying discrepancies.
3. Overall management of the account's inbox, taking responsibility for any complex reconciliations, contracts, and escalations from the Finance Assistant.
4. Direct any critical and urgent work to the Finance Assistant.
5. Assist senior leaders with complex tour billing when required.
6. Provide meaningful and insightful reporting for management review.
7. Manage, mentor, and train the Finance Assistant sharing your knowledge and experience to help with daily, weekly, and monthly planning and prioritising.
