Job Description
Your Role:
As a Scheduler, you will:
* Match new clients with suitable care professionals based on their needs.
* Maintain consistent schedules for clients and care professionals.
* Facilitate introductions and shadowing for care assistants.
* Efficiently schedule Care Assistants while ensuring flexibility.
* Collaborate with other schedulers and care coordinators as needed.
* Forward plan and problem solve issues that may arise.
Qualifications
About You:
You're our ideal candidate if:
* You're positive, passionate, and motivated.
* You thrive in team environments.
* You have 3 years experience as a scheduler.
* You're a driver with your own vehicle.
* You're prepared for an Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us) and can provide references.
