Unit Manager (Non Clinical)

Salary £16.40 - £18.97 per hour depending on experience

Permanent 40 hour contract - flexibility required

You’ll help us make health happen by:

* You will be responsible for the 24/7 delivery of high quality care to residents and be a visible leader in the home driving the operation and growth of a 24 hour business with continual focus on people, customers and results.
* You will ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality care in accordance with Bupa’s Vision, Mission and values.
* You will ensure the implementation of all Bupa’s detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
* You will ensure effective management of all staff costs, associated budgets and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.


Key Skills / Qualifications

* NVQ level 3 or above within Care.
* Experience of effective team management.
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and organise workload appropriately
* Experience of IT systems, ie. Word, excel and outlook
