What You Will Do
Shape Strategy:
Define and execute the public sector strategy, conduct horizon scanning and forecast growth Drive Sales:
Lead direct sales efforts, manage commercial arrangements and engage with public sector frameworks Build Partnerships:
Create a strong ecosystem of SME and system integrator partners, fostering joint opportunities Lead Bids:
Act as both bid writer and bid manager until a dedicated function is in place, improving bid processes and case study library Represent at Senior Level:
Serve as the senior public sector advisor, attend key events and act as the ultimate escalation point for government clients About You
We are looking for a strategist, leader and hands on doer with: Current SC or NPPV3 clearance and a background in government delivery Proven senior leadership experience within the UK public sector Deep knowledge of public sector procurement, culture and frameworks (GDS, DDAT, SFIA) Experience leading complex sales cycles, contract negotiations and margin management The ability to work at both strategic and execution levels from setting vision to writing bids The Offer This is a high impact leadership role with autonomy, visibility and a competitive reward package.
