Key Requirements
Essential:
* Experience: 4–5 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Private Equity, Alternative Investments, or Asset Management.
* Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Private Equity business processes and product structures, particularly via indirect investment.
* Technical Skills: Proven hands-on experience with eFront Invest, eFront Insight, and Investment Café, including configuration, workflow design, and data/reporting modules.
* Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Private Equity lifecycle—deal origination, due diligence, execution, portfolio management, and exit strategies.
* Documentation: Ability to draft clear business and functional specifications and translate them into system configurations or enhancement requests.
* Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analytics.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
* Prior experience with system migrations or eFront upgrades.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* Professional certifications such as CFA, CBAP, or PMP are highly desirable.
