We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident manager to lead on the delivery of our employment and learning support service – The Greater Manchester Education, Training and Employment service (GM ETE). We are looking for somebody with project management skills and operational and relationship management experience.
Achieve deliver a range of learning and employment contracts in Prisons and Probation Offices. The GM ETE contract supports people serving custodial or community-based sentences into education, training or employment opportunities through one-to-one or group work. As Service Manager, you will lead and manage the operational delivery of this contract to ensure it meets it's aims and objectives.
You will be skilled in managing staff and leading a high performing team to meet their targets. You will be effective in managing relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering performance-related contracts, managing people and be skilled in the multi-tasking required of a successful manager.
You will be based in the Manchester area (M2 5GP)
