About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Editor to play a key role in shaping and delivering high‑quality video content for our clients. This is a hands‑on creative position for someone who can lead projects from concept through to delivery, elevate creative output, and collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams.
You’ll be equally comfortable developing ideas, directing the creative process, and getting stuck into the edit when needed. This role is ideal for a senior‑level creative who enjoys ownership, responsibility, and pushing work to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
* Lead the creative development of video projects from initial brief through to final delivery
* Translate client objectives into strong creative concepts and compelling visual stories
* Set and maintain a high creative standard across all outputs
Production & Post-Production
* Oversee and contribute to editing, ensuring pacing, structure, and storytelling are of the highest quality
* Shape the use of music, graphics, motion, colour, and sound design to enhance impact
* Ensure consistency of style and tone across projects
Collaboration & Client Interaction
* Work closely with account managers to interpret briefs and manage expectations
* Collaborate directly with clients, confidently presenting ideas and creative rationale
* Take feedback constructively and guide revisions without losing creative integrity
Skills & Experience
Essential
* 4+ years experience in a senior creative, senior editor, or lead editor role
* Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for detail
* Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite
* Confident managing projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills being the main day‑to‑day contact for the client
Desirable
* Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics
* Shooting experience
* Background in corporate, branded, or pitch‑driven content
* Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
