I am working with a well-respected firm that is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a permanent role in one of their offices: Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury, or Fordingbridge. Fully remote working is available for candidates who have worked fully remote before.

About the role:
They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated lawyer to join their fast-growing CQS-accredited residential property team.
They are not looking for anyone senior for this role. They seek an NQ, experienced paralegal, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive. Candidates without professional qualifications but with relevant experience will also be considered.
What they are looking for:
1. At least 3 years’ solid experience of residential conveyancing, either as a FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer. Experienced candidates without legal qualifications will also be considered.
2. Great people skills and enthusiasm as a team player.
3. Good organizational, time management, and IT skills.
4. The ability to multi-task under pressure.
5. A keen eye for detail.
6. Confidence and adaptability in a changing, pressurized environment.
7. Excellent client care and communication skills.
8. A track record of strong billing.
9. Desire and ability to contribute to the growth of the property department.

Location: Remote working is available, including hybrid or being based at any of their four branch offices: Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury, and Fordingbridge.
Remote experience required: Applicants must have solid experience working remotely for law firms and be able to work independently without supervision.
