Are you a highly organised, positive administrator looking for a new challenge? Long - Term Teachers are working with an alternative provision, who are seeking to appoint a part time applicant, who will be available to join them on a permanent basis from April 2025!
You will be contracted to work Monday To Friday, between the hours of 8:30am -3:30pm, term time only.
Your key duties:
* Answering phone calls and transferring
* Monitoring emails
* Monitoring attendance
* Arranging transport for students
* Attend meetings with senior leadership
* Welcoming students, staff and visitors
About you:
It is important that you have previously worked in an educational setting, however this doesn't necessarily need to be an alternative provision. The school are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills to be able to work within a fast paced environment. Having a positive mindset and a friendly face is important, however you will be supported by a fantastic team.
