Progress Teachers are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with challenging behaviours and SEMH Needs on a full time basis at a lovely primary school in Swadlincote Burton. This is a full time position to commence in September 2025 and will become permanent for the right candidate! Responsibilities: * Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural challenges, implementing tailored behaviour management strategies. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement behaviour support plans. * Monitor and assess student behaviour, identifying triggers and implementing proactive interventions. * Organise and lead workshops or training sessions for students, staff, and parents on behaviour management and positive reinforcement techniques. * Act as a liaison between the school, parents, and external agencies involved in behaviour support. * Work closely with the school leadership team to contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide behaviour policies.
