Wild Recruitment is a leading recruitment business and are part of a UK wide recruitment business too. We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Commercial team.
We’re looking for a confident 360 recruiter to take ownership of a fast-paced desk covering office support, customer service, and sales roles.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Running a full 360 desk: sourcing, placing, and managing client relationships
2. Driving business development and building long-term partnerships
3. Working with autonomy, backed by a supportive, high-energy team
What we’re looking for:
4. Agency experience in a 360 role
5. Strong BD skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
6. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment
With a starting salary of c£28-32K depending on your experience, as a Recruitment Consultant you can expect to achieve a further £5-10K in your first year with commission although it is uncapped! From year 2, it will be an average OTE of £10,000 - £15,000 - again, all uncapped.
