The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead our operations, HR, finance, and administration. Based at either Bourne End or Knutsford, with travel between sites, this role is key to ensuring smooth business operations and supporting our growth.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve administrative support and payroll processing.
*
Oversee recruitment, staff contracts, inductions, HR records, and compliance.
*
Coordinate appraisals, probation, holiday cover, company events, and Board meeting follow-ups.
*
Manage training, marketing, IT, insurance, and premises maintenance.
*
Liaise with external HR, IT consultants, and brokers.
Skills and Experience
*
3+ years in practice or office management with HR expertise.
*
Knowledge of UK employment law and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
*
Strong communication, leadership skills, and experience with Sage desirable.
