Inspector : Lean Production / Pull System
Location: Poole
Salary: CA GBP 30,420
Hours: Flexible working hours 4 or 5 days a week between the hours of 7am : 5pm
Hawk 3 are recruiting for an Inspector to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment in Poole.

What youll be doing
Youll be working closely with production and supply chain teams to help keep everything running smoothly : identifying issues early, supporting quality standards, and making sure products are right first time.
Your day:to:day will include:
* Checking materials, components, and finished products for quality compliance
* Logging inspection results and working with internal systems
* Spotting and resolving issues before they impact production or delivery
* Supporting production teams to keep things moving efficiently
* Getting involved in problem:solving and continuous improvement activity
What were looking for
* A keen eye for detail and a quality:first mindset
* Experience in manufacturing or inspection (helpful but not essential)
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Someone who enjoys working in a busy, hands:on environment
