The role:
* Support day-to-day air export operations
* Assist with bookings, documentation, and shipment tracking
* Communicate with clients, airlines, and suppliers
* Prepare export paperwork (MAWB/HAWB)
* Maintain accurate shipment records
Requirements:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths (Grade 5+)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Confident communication skills
* Basic Excel & Outlook knowledge
* Interest in logistics desirable
