Job responsibilities of the Freelance Site Manager:
* Day-to-day management of site operations across multiple occupied properties. Decarbonisation, solar, energy, EWI
* Managing subcontractors and direct labour
* Ensure all H&S is adhered to and in line with regulations
* Programme management and reporting against milestones
* Work closely with retrofit coordinators
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
* Experience in social housing/ retrofit decarbonisation
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
* UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Day rate
* Weekly pay on a Friday
