To support the research and operations departments within OPCG and OPC UK, providing assistance to the Heads of Research and Operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the departments. Support compliance and governance processes related to data security, sustainability, and corporate governance responsibilities across the network of organisations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assist the Head of Research and Head of Operations in coordinating activities across departments and wider networked organisations.
* Support in preparing and executing corporate documentation such as reports, slide decks, and maintaining file storage systems.
* Maintain company statistics and documentation related to ISMS, sustainability, corporate governance, auditing processes, and other required procedures.
* Support the Information Security Management System, sustainability, and corporate governance processes, ensuring compliance with business standards. Chair committee meetings, complete action logs, and follow up on activities.
* Assist management with preparation and participation in internal and external audits.
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and support actions as needed.
* Carry out other delegated duties as required.
* Maintain all compliance documents and records.
* Assist in implementing company policies and regulations.
* Manage reporting, record keeping, and provide administrative support.
* Attend workshops and review publications to stay updated on compliance regulations.
* Assist in communication with regulatory bodies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
* Assist in developing compliance management systems.

Qualifications and Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business administration, law, marketing, accounting, business management, health science, biomedical, or an equivalent relevant field.

Experience and Skills:

* At least three years of administrative experience.
* Experience with corporate governance, audit processes, and compliance management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Professional attitude and effective communication skills with colleagues at all levels, including Directors.
* Strong understanding of OPC/OPCG/OPRI business processes is advantageous.
