We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Cambridge, who are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month period, to support a period of growth. This is a full-time role with some remote working available, and candidates must be available to start immediately.
Typical duties include:
• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team during a busy period
• Posting job adverts and managing responses across multiple platforms
• Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
• Preparing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
• Supporting pre-employment checks and compliance processes
• Responding to candidate and internal queries in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with general recruitment administration and reporting as required
You will have:
• Strong previous administrative experience
• Some experience within recruitment or HR would be preferred
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
