Your Roles and Responsibilities
As an ECT Teacher with us, you will:
5. Inspire and challenge pupils through high-quality teaching and learning
6. Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
7. Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes resilience, respect and a love of learning
8. Use data-informed insights to support progress and personalise learning
9. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and drive school improvement
10. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community
11. Commit to your ongoing professional development, making the most of mentoring and CPD opportunities

Location and Terms
18. Location: Various settings across Cheshire East
19. Start Date: January 2026
20. Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm (Term Time Only)
21. Pay: £155 – £165 per day (dependent on level of experience)
