We are an independepent bar, restaurant and café housed in the young vic theatre's award-winning building just off the south bank. A popular destination for theatre-goers, local workers and our neighbours since our opening in 2006. Menus celebrate the best of both local and global, from our rotating craft beers, outstanding wines, excellent allpress coffee and show stopping cocktails. The kitchen is all about fresh and seasonal food from organic, free range and sustainable sources.
The Cut is a busy bar, restaurant and cafe on the South Bank's Young Vic theatre. As one of the UKs best venue bars and restaurants, we offer quality food and drink to a vibrant crowd of guests from Monday - Saturday, working in a dynamic, creative and exciting atmosphere.

The position is full time, normally working 4-5 evening/day shifts between Monday-Saturday. Sundays off and no split shifts.
Previous waiting experience in a fast paced bare/pub/restaurant, good spoken English and positive attitude towards work and colleagues are essential. Candidates should also be friendly, hard-working and reliable, with an ability to work under pressure and use their own initiative.
You must have a valid working visa/passport, UK bank account and NI number.
