Base pay range
We're seeking a Data Engineer with ideally several years of experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling data-driven insights across teams.
Key Qualifications:
* Several years of hands-on experience in ETL development, SQL-based data analysis, and data visualization.
* Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (non-negotiable).
* Experience working with databases and building scalable data pipelines.
* Familiarity with Tableau for creating dashboards and visualizations.
* Product-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of data systems and how they support business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data infrastructure.
* Integrate new data sources and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver clean, reliable datasets.
* Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support reporting needs.
* Implement data governance best practices and support on-call data operations.

* Streamlined, automated data processes with reduced manual intervention.
* Improved data availability, accessibility, and usability across teams.

Ideal Background:
