A fast-growing design company is seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller / Senior Analyst to bring clarity, control, and insight to a dynamic creative business. Reporting to the MD/FD, youll manage full financial operations, deliver real-time reporting, and partner closely with designers, project managers and directors to support confident, data-driven decision making.
The Role
You will be responsible for hands-on financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the business. Youll build and manage dashboards that give immediate visibility of financial performance, project profitability, cash flow, and operational capacity. Acting as a key business partner, youll translate complex data into clear insights used by creative and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily financial control, month-end, quarterly and annual reporting.
2. Produce full P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis.
3. Build and maintain real-time dashboards across key financial and project metrics.
4. Liaise with external accountants on compliance, tax, and statutory accounts.
