Offer description

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

1. Supporting the allocation and delivery of working spaces in two main locations on site. This involves maintaining stakeholder engagement to ensure rigour and scrutiny over occupancy or change requests, enabling effective planning, resource allocation, and implementation of approved requirements.
2. Collaborating with IT delivery teams to ensure a comprehensive view of workspace planning tasks, considering future IT changes to maximize benefits and deliver increased value for money.
3. Engaging with relevant planning teams and wider Wyton Station teams to deliver cohesive space allocation plans across the site.
4. Assisting and supporting the team lead with short-notice or emerging planning requirements for the two on-site locations.
5. Supporting projects aimed at improving the buildings and ensuring their serviceability.
6. Supporting and developing business continuity plans for the buildings as directed.
7. Attending relevant meetings, workshops, or events to offer advice and guidance related to the role.
8. Maintaining the online presence of the team, ensuring customer-focused information remains current and the site complies with information management policies.
9. Managing awareness of incoming VIP visits, providing approval as required, and supporting visit officers in the absence of the Visits Manager.
