What You'll Be Doing
* Responding to breakdown maintenance requests within SLA timelines
* Diagnosing and repairing modular UPS systems and power quality issues
* Monitoring and maintaining critical systems in trading environments
* Conducting emergency response and standby duties
* Performing site surveys, producing method statements and risk assessments
* Installing and upgrading plant and equipment
* Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with financial and safety processes
* Supporting the Facilities Management Team with technical insights and recommendations
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
* Full High Voltage Authorisation (S4) or equivalent
* Experience in testing and inspecting electrical systems
* Strong understanding of critical environments and risk-focused maintenance
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH, COSHH, Risk Assessments, etc.)
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with BMS, HVAC, VAV, FCU systems, and chilled water circuits
* Familiarity with CDM processes and water hygiene (L8)
* Previous Authorised Person (e.g., AP15/12) status
