A little bit about the role?
Lead, manage and motivate a Team Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets
Alongside the Centre Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met.
Monitor and manage stock.
Lead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes
Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.
