About the Role
We’re looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure our suppliers deliver materials and services that meet the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in auditing, performance monitoring, and driving continuous improvement across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
âś” Conduct supplier audits and product inspections
âś” Monitor and analyze supplier performance data
âś” Collaborate on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
âś” Build strong supplier relationships
âś” Lead process improvement initiatives
âś” Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
âś” Prepare detailed quality and performance reports
âś” Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
âś… Experience in quality assurance, supplier management, and process improvement
âś… Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills
âś… Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and Root Cause Analysis
âś… Familiarity with casting, machining, tubes & hoses, electrical & electronics components
âś… Experience in engine manufacturing industry preferred
