One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Digital & Funding Coordinator at Hadleigh Farm Estate.
The Digital & Funding Coordinator will lead the development and publication of digital content across all Hadleigh Farm Estate platforms-website, Facebook and Instagram-ensuring alignment with our digital strategy, missional values and Salvation Army policies. Working closely with Estate teams, you will support the promotion of events, activities and services, maintain a coordinated marketing and events calendar, and identify opportunities to grow audience engagement. You will also coordinate and deliver our corporate volunteering programme, building strong relationships with partners, while proactively sourcing and applying for external funding to enhance the impact and reach of the Estate’s work.
The Salvation Army Hadleigh Farm Estate is a unique and inspiring place to work, bringing together the Hadleigh Training Centre, Rare Breeds Centre, Tea Rooms, Hub Café, a working farm and our Mission Team all serving more than, visitors each year. Every part of the Estate plays a vital role in delivering The Salvation Army’s mission of Love God, Love Others, offering a welcoming environment where staff, trainees and visitors can thrive. With 90 employees, trainees and 86 volunteers, it’s a vibrant and supportive community where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
You will lead the development and publication of digital content across all Hadleigh Farm Estate platforms website, Facebook and Instagram ensuring alignment with our digital strategy, missional values and Salvation Army policies.
Working closely with Estate teams, you will support the promotion of events, activities and services, maintain a coordinated marketing and events calendar, and identify opportunities to grow audience engagement.
You will also coordinate and deliver our corporate volunteering programme, building strong relationships with partners, while proactively sourcing and applying for external funding to enhance the impact and reach of the Estate’s work.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
1. Possesses strong knowledge of digital channels and social media, with a track record of producing engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms
2. Strong capability in coordinating and delivering digital media campaigns that maximise engagement and effectively support organisational priorities.
3. Strong proven experience of creating content and promotional materials using design and creative tools.
4. Good ability to interpret and analyse data, extract meaningful insights, and communicate findings to support effective strategic decision-making
