Here's what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:Support managers with weekly and monthly closing of unit books, including stock, labour, and sales.Produce client billing and client documentation and manage debt collection.Support the forecasting and budget process.Produce WTS report.Identify ways to improve processes and work with unit managers to implement new processes.Produce weekly wastage reports.Support units in operating in a compliant way according to profit protection guidelines.Carry out independent unit safe checks.Essential criteria:Very good numeracy / literacy skills.NVQ2 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline.Experience of finance and working in a finance office.Demonstrable experience in the use of Excel and Word.Use of accounting Software.Strong organisation skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.High written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities.
