The Role: What You’ll Actually Be DoingThis is a 360-degree apprenticeship. You’ll spend 13 months rotating through different areas of the business to understand how the magic happens:On the Road: Learning professional driving, route optimization, and vehicle safety.In the Hub: Loading/unloading vehicles and mastering warehouse logistics.In the Office: Getting a behind-the-scenes look at how we plan and track the nation’s deliveries.Maintenance: Learning to conduct full vehicle "health checks" and reporting faults to keep the fleet 100%.The Skills: Learning the tech behind the deliveries and maintaining high safety standards. Qualifications: What We’re Looking ForThe Basics: You’re 18 and have held a UK Category B license for at least 12 months.The Brains: 4 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent. You’re organized, communicative, and have a high attention to detail.The Driving Record: A valid UK Drivers Licence with no more than 6 points.
