Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a CDP to join their team in Edinburgh, EH12 9SE. This is a full time, permanent position, Monday - Friday.

What you'll be doing
* Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
* Delivering breakfast and lunch to the client in a clean, tidy and professional manner
* Set up and break down of lunch service
* Full knowledge of all menu items served
* Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
* Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
* Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
* Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents
* Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
* Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
* Undertake relevant training as required
Experience
⦁ Relevant culinary qualification is desirable or experience in a similar role
⦁ Previous experience of working in a kitchen
⦁ Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha's Law), full training will be given
⦁ Excellent team player and communicator
⦁ A confident chef and an excellent team player
