The Role -
* Support with day-to-day issues on the property management team.
* Liaising with landlords on maintenance items or other issues relating to their property.
* Ensuring compliance of our property stock.
* Liaising with our in-house maintenance team and external contractors on maintenance tasks to obtain quotes, organise work and coordinate access.
* Dealing with utility suppliers for new tenants and ongoing bills.
* Record keeping and updating stakeholders.
* Carry out property inspections and inventories where required in line with the current legislation of health and safety.
