PPC Manager West Yorkshire Hybrid working We're looking for a commercially-minded, results-driven performance marketer to take ownership of our paid media strategy across key markets. This is a high-impact role with clear progression opportunities as we continue to scale. You’ll lead on the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns, driving growth through data-led decisions and close collaboration with our ecommerce, content, and acquisition teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms. Own campaign budgets and performance, ensuring spend aligns with business goals. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and implement effective bidding strategies. Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Report on performance trends, share insights, and make strategic recommendations. Work cross-functionally to ensure landing pages support conversion goals. Expand paid media activity across new channels and markets. What We’re Looking For: 3 years’ experience in PPC or performance marketing, ideally in ecommerce. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio (or similar). Proven track record of hitting CPA/ROI targets through testing and optimisation. Confident communicator with a data-first mindset. Experience managing international campaigns is a plus.
