Ensure all installations comply with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and other statutory requirements.
Maintain NICEIC registration and oversee annual assessments.
Oversee electricians and apprentices, ensuring competence and adequate supervision.
Create work schedules, monitor performance, and address non-compliance or poor workmanship.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff.
Inspect and test electrical installations, prepare Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
Audit contractors and in-house teams for compliance and quality standards.
This contract is secured for 5 years and has ongoing works for a further 10 years.
