About The Opportunity
As a graduate, you will work on world-class projects as part of our Tunnelling and Ground Engineering team. Jacobs is a leading provider of technical and management services with a strong tunnel and ground engineering capability in the UK and Ireland. We welcome graduates from geoscience and engineering disciplines, including Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Seismic Hazard and Earthquake Engineering, Geomorphology and Geohazard Risk Assessment, Geophysics, Structural Geology and Hydrogeology.
We are looking for a graduate based in Birmingham who can add value and shape positive solutions for major projects worldwide. The start date for this position is September 2026. You will join a diverse, highly skilled team and have opportunities for a broad range of responsibilities within the Tunnelling and Ground Engineering group.
What you’ll need (Qualifications)
* Be working towards a Masters level qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or similar
* A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward
* Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things
* You must have permanent right to work in the UK
