McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional Care Supervisor to join the team at our prestigious Pym Court development in Topsham, Devon.
Hourly rate: £15.75 per hour for day shifts and £12.24 per hour for sleeping night shifts. Plus receive an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Hours: 33.5 per week (includes a mix of day shifts and sleeping night shifts).
Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 and 09:30. Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am. Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00am, providing emergency support only to homeowners during that period.

Key responsibilities
* Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of homeowners.
* Oversee the Care and Support teams.
* Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
* Lead by example, think on feet, and drive continuous improvement of care skills.
About you
* Warm, friendly, organised, and self‑motivated.
* Experience working in a care or support environment with excellent care skills.
* Desire to work in the Health and Social Care sector.
* Preferably holding a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification, but consideration given to candidates with alternate qualifications and relevant experience.
