We’re looking for an ERP Analyst, based in Glasgow, to enhance our back-office ERP platform and connected systems by driving automation and innovation across critical business functions.

What you’ll do:
6. Act as Subject Matter Expert for ERP/back-office systems
7. Solve complex problems leveraging the latest technologies
8. Lead continuous improvement efforts using a automate first approach
9. Manage solution delivery, from detailed specifications to implementation
10. Produce documentation and deliver training for global teams
11. Ensure governance and compliance across business processes
12. Collaborate with stakeholders and senior business leaders
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
13. Strong ERP experience, ideally with Infor M3 CloudSuite (multi-tenant)
14. Deep understanding of core business processes (Rental Management, Procurement, etc)
15. Proven incident and problem management experience
16. Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
17. Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical audiences
18. Demonstrated automate first improvement capabilities
19. Experience in fast-paced, operational environments
20. Degree or equivalent work experience
21. ERP certified at Associate or Professional level
22. ITIL Foundation Certified (Desirable)
23. Project Management qualification (Desirable)
24. Business Analysis qualification (Desirable)
