My client is looking to recruit a qualified Property Manager to join their team in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of tenancy management, from rent collection to service charge budgeting.
* Handle new leases, renewals, and rent reviews with efficiency and attention to detail.
* Build strong working relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Take ownership of service charge budgets and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
* Confidently manage client accounts and provide strategic property advice.
Ideal Candidate
* MRICS qualified, or close to completing qualification.
* Proven track record in commercial property management, with a strong grasp of Landlord & Tenant acts.
* Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
* Skilled communicator with the ability to maintain positive, productive relationships.
