About The Role
As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in Treatwell's Analytics function, supporting the Product domain across our 13 markets. You'll be part of a growing product analytics discipline, embedding best practices in experimentation and scaling data-informed product development. This senior role offers the opportunity to influence how product analytics evolve across the company and to mentor others on experimentation frameworks and best practices.
You will own the full test-and-learn program, design methodologies, improve tooling, and lead experiment analysis. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams will be essential to prioritize high-impact projects and ensure insights inform strategy. Working in a Kanban-style setup, you'll pitch ideas, prioritize with stakeholders, and lead delivery in a cross-functional team, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Design and lead a robust test-and-learn program, including experimentation strategy and analysis.
* Promote experimentation best practices and train teams in product analytics.
* Support Product Engineering in tracking implementation in Mixpanel, ensuring best practices and consistency.
* Deliver actionable behavioral insights to influence product and business outcomes.
* Partner with Commercial Finance to size opportunities and assess new initiatives.
* Translate business challenges into analytical questions and data requirements.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
About You
* Proven experience in a product analytics role, preferably in a two-sided marketplace.
* Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation design, and causal inference.
* Experience with A/B testing platforms like GrowthBook.
* Extensive Mixpanel experience, including event design and implementation.
* Proficiency in SQL (Redshift) and Python or R.
* Strong statistical knowledge and application in product contexts.
* Experience with Looker or similar visualization tools.
* Knowledge of opportunity sizing, forecasting impact, and collaborating with Finance.
* Effective communicator capable of simplifying complex ideas and influencing decisions.
* Passionate about fostering a data-driven culture through coaching and sharing knowledge.
* A STEM or quantitative degree is a plus.
* Available for hybrid work in London (3 days in-office, 2 remote).
