Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and estimating functions across pre-construction and live project stages. You will play a key role in developing, reviewing, and maintaining project programmes to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain construction programmes using industry-standard planning software
*
Support pre-construction and tendering activities, including programme development and methodology input
*
Work alongside the estimating team on precon activities
*
Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report on performance
*
Identify risks, delays, and opportunities, providing mitigation strategies
*
Liaise with project managers, commercial teams, and clients
*
Ensure compliance with project timelines and company procedures
Requirements
*
Proven experience in planning within the construction or civil engineering sector
*
Strong background in pre-construction and estimating support
*
Proficiency with planning software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, or similar)
*
Excellent communication and analytical skills
*
Ability to work full-time, office-based in Glasgow
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
