Your responsibilities will include: Supervising small groups with awareness, care and professional boundaries Encouraging positive choices and reinforcing behaviour strategies used throughout the day Supporting students who may need additional encouragement or a quiet space to settle Communicating effectively with behavioural support staff Maintaining a structured, predictable routine that helps students feel safe This role is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour support, youth work or SEN.
