An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Property Valuer/Lister to cover Whittlesey and surrounding villages. If you have at least 1 year of sales or estate agency experience and a strong drive to succeed, this role offers great earning potential and career growth.
Monday to Friday + Saturday (day off in lieu)
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and convert new valuation leads into sales listings
* Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
* Canvass locally through door knocking, leaflet dropping, and networking
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
Ideal Candidate:
* Confident, professional, and well-presented
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Target-driven with strong time management and initiative
* Comfortable working independently and within a team
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year estate agency experience
* Driving licence and access to a car
