Be part of the movement - and play your part. About the role As a key member of our Customs team, you will play an important role in delivering a smooth and efficient customs clearance service. You’ll work closely with both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach are essential. This role will require you to work Monday - Friday Week 1: 08:00 - 17:00 & Week 2: 09:00 - 18:00. You will be responsible for Completing and processing customs clearance documentation accurately and on time. Checking and validating supporting documents to ensure compliance with regulations. Liaising with both internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries and keep processes moving efficiently. Staying up to date with customs legislation, ensuring all activities comply with the latest laws and requirements. Advising customers on import/export restrictions, tariffs, insurance requirements, and other customs-related matters. About you You will have at least one year of current Customs experience, with a solid understanding of Customs procedures and Port Health regulations. While prior knowledge is important, full training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude and potential.
