Required Skills & Experience:
* 8–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM / HRMS (EBS)
* Strong experience in Oracle EBS Payroll (UK Payroll) and Absence Management
* Proven experience in support projects, including troubleshooting and bug fixing
* Strong technical skills in:
o Oracle PL/SQL
o Oracle Forms & Reports
o XML Publisher / BI Publisher (preferred)
o Fast Formulas
* Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture (R12 preferred)
* Experience in debugging payroll processes and resolving production issues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
