Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document current workflows and integration needs between customer-facing systems and SAP.
* Facilitate collaborative workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit and refine business and technical requirements.
* Translate complex business requirements into structured epics and user stories for Agile delivery teams.
* Develop comprehensive end-to-end process maps, highlighting integration points and data flows across systems.
* Ensure full traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with architects and developers to validate API specifications and confirm alignment with business goals.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and helping to coordinate execution.
* Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, driving alignment and efficient delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, enterprise-level environments.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
* Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, and business process modeling tools.
* Solid Agile (preferably SAFe) experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality user stories and epics.
Preferred Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with customer-facing SaaS platforms integrated via APIs with systems such as SAP, MS D365, DocuSign, Azure Entra.
* Familiarity with enterprise integration landscapes and digital transformation initiatives.
