PRESTIGE FRANCHISED DEALERSHIP - ROCHDALE AREA
Our client is looking to recruit a highly experienced and qualified Business Manager to join their Used Car team.
They are seeking someone driven by passion and enthusiasm for this role.
Salary: Basic 31,750 OTE 56,750+
Working hours/days:
* Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 6pm
* Saturday - 9am to 5pm
* Sunday - 11am to 4pm
Job Role:
To maximize sales opportunities by offering finance solutions and add-on products to customers, ensuring excellent customer service. Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver business results.
Key Objectives:
* Sell finance solutions to contribute profitably to the dealership
* Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening
* Present features and benefits of finance products
* Maintain relationships with finance company representatives
* Ensure accurate completion of all documentation
* Confirm and arrange settlement for part exchanges
* Keep updated on finance product knowledge and competitors
* Support the sales team
* Maintain safe working practices
About You:
Experienced and successful RSM/BM in a main dealership, passionate, driven, and motivated to succeed. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to sell and earn commissions. You will manage and grow all aspects of F&I within a busy sales environment, leading a skilled sales team to exceed potential. Ensure customers understand their obligations and deliver high customer service levels with an outstanding work ethic. Automotive retail experience in a similar role or seeking career progression is preferred.
