Key Responsibilities What You’ll Actually Be Doing Talking to customers and internal teams to uncover what users actually need Owning and prioritising the product backlog like a pro Turning feedback, ideas, and problems into well-defined user stories and clear acceptance criteria Working closely with Engineering, UX, and Customer Success to get features built, tested, and launched Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile rituals like a total team player Running user interviews, gathering feedback, and doing light data analysis to back up decisions Keeping everyone—from developers to stakeholders—aligned and excited about what’s next Measuring product performance and driving continuous improvements Supporting go-to-market efforts with Product Marketing and Sales teams Skills, Knowledge & Expertise We’d Love to Meet Someone Who… Is a brilliant communicator, fluent in both customer needs and developer speak Has experience owning a backlog, defining user stories, and working in Agile Has a curious mind and uses data, research, and feedback to shape great products Can collaborate across functions and bring people together around a shared goal Knows how to keep momentum, manage complexity, and deliver real value Is excited about product discovery, delivery, and continuous iteration Job Benefits As part of the Kinetic team, you will benefit from: Working for an organisation where people and culture genuinely matter.
