Job Description
3. Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
4. Processing invoices and expense forms
5. Maintaining the petty cash system
6. Performing credit control duties
7. Assisting with budget preparation
8. Ensuring financial records are kept up to date
9. Exposure to Payroll.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
10. Experience in a similar role previously
11. Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
12. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software. SAGE preferred but not essential.
13. Strong numeracy and analytical skills
14. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
15. Good verbal and written communication skills
